So here's our basic order fulfilment process for eCommerce brands. But remember: you can customise every step to suit your exact requirements.

1. We receive your goods

Your goods are received, unloaded and inspected. If we detect any delivery discrepancies, we report them to you immediately.


Goods can be received via parcels, pallets or containers. It's up to you.

2. We store your goods

Received and inspected, your goods are put away in our environmentally controlled warehouse.


You get a dedicated area that's kept clean and secure at all times – with 24-hour CCTV throughout.


Remember: all our services are 100% bespoke, right down to the way we warehouse your stock. Choose to have it stored as eaches, inners, outers or pallets – or all of the above.


Expect your items to be unloaded, inspected and stored within three hours of receipt.

3. We receive an order

Our warehouse management system (WMS) integrates seamlessly with all major eCommerce platforms.


This means order notifications are completely automated. As soon as a customer buys your product, we're instantly alerted so we can start picking and packing.


No delay. No room for human error. And best of all, it works across all your sales channels – whether it's your own website or an online marketplace like Amazon.

4. We update your inventory

As soon as your order is picked, the products are removed from your online inventory. Thanks to our flexible integrations, this change reflects immediately in our WMS and your in-house order management system (OMS).


This allows for real-time monitoring and management of your inventory. We'll even send you automated low-stock notifications, so you need never sell out of a popular product again.

5. We pack the order

We use high-quality packaging to ensure your products reach customers in pristine condition.


But that's only the start. We can also create kits or assemble subscription boxes at the packing stage. Or we can apply custom labels for specific retailers. Or add marketing flyers or "thank you" notes.


Our packing process is tailored to your exact requirements. If you need customisation of any kind, there's a very good chance we can achieve it.

6. We store your goods

Once packed, your orders are dispatched using one of several trusted shipping partners.


We can either use the courier of your choice or harness our advanced courier selection system. This  automatically chooses the best-value shipping option based on customer location and other factors.


Expect fast, hassle-free shipping as standard. We offer same-day global dispatch on all orders received before 2:30 PM.


As soon as an order is shipped, you – and your customer – will receive an instant notification. Tracking details are also included, so you can keep tabs on the order all the way to the doorstep.

7. We handle returns

Choosing Stowsafe means having the flexibility to outsource any aspect of your supply chain.


So as well as handling storage and fulfilment, we can deal with returns management too.


Like all our services, it's fully bespoke, so the particulars vary. Generally, though, returned items are individually inspected and either disposed of or returned to stock for resale.
